３）补习课外课业咨询 － 提供网络或手机平台让学生随时都能够询问老师关于课业上的问题，不必等到下一堂补习课
４）老师与家长会面 － 讨论学生的表现，让家长更进一步知道学生在补习班的表现，以及表达家长的意见

2) Schedules 1-to-1 effective communication with student to provide further assistance to student

3) Off-tuition e-consultation – student is able to consult the teacher through internet/phone/social network for study-related enquiry

4) Schedules meeting with parents for students’ progress/problem/issues discussion
